    Dr. Buenafe was wonderful. She looked at the issues I came in with through a holistic lens, considering the most pressing concerns, and laying out a plan for dealing with the less urgent issues later. She wrote down what we will be doing, which helped me a lot to keep everything straight in my head. She spent a long time talking to me about the issues to understand them before jumping to any conclusions. She also talked about the costs of treatment, which reduced my anxiety and prepared me for the parts that might cost a bit of money. This was one of the most comprehensive visits to the doctor I have had in a long time. I am so grateful.

    This was probably the most thorough visit I have ever had with a doctor. Dr. Buenafe listened to my concerns and took them serious. She was extremely thorough and is even consulting with a colleague to make sure we are taking the correct path. She is a really great doctor!

    Dr. Buenafe is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. She was very kind and explained each one of my options and made sure that I understood what she was saying.

      Left appointment extremely confused with few of my questions answered. Felt dismissed and was almost pushed out of the room. Any questions that were answered were done so dismissively and without explanation.

      The first thing the provider asked me was "are you vaccinated for COVID." Then, when I did not give her the answer she wanted to hear, she did not like that. She considered strep as a diagnosis, but when that was negative, her only other option was COVID. She was pressuring me to get the vaccine and was rude in general. Not a goos experience. She did not prescribe any antibiotics and just told me to take Tylenol. This visit was a waste of my time. P.S. My COVD test was negative :)
